Privacy Policy

Infinite Trade Group INC, operating as ITG Fulfillment (“ITG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides warehouse management, fulfillment, inventory, shipping, returns, billing, and commerce integration services. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when merchants, their authorized users, and ITG personnel use the ITG Fulfillment platform.
Information we collect
Depending on the services enabled for an account, we may process:
- Account information: names, business contact details, login identifiers, roles, permissions, and authentication records.
- Merchant and store information: store domain, products, variants, SKUs, barcodes, inventory quantities, locations, orders, fulfillment status, shipment tracking, returns, and integration settings.
- Customer order information: customer name, shipping address, contact details included with an order, purchased items, and fulfillment or return information.
- Operational and technical information: warehouse scans, user actions, audit events, device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, error logs, and security records.
- Billing information: service charges, invoices, payment status, and transaction references. Payment card details may be processed directly by a payment provider and are not stored by ITG unless expressly stated.
How we use information
We use information only as needed to provide and secure the requested fulfillment services, including to import and route orders, match products, synchronize inventory, receive and store goods, pick and pack orders, purchase or record shipping labels, send fulfillment and tracking updates, process returns, prepare invoices, provide support, maintain audit records, prevent fraud, troubleshoot integrations, and comply with legal obligations.
Commerce platform data
When a merchant connects a commerce store, ITG accesses only the permissions authorized by the merchant and needed for the enabled services. Store and customer data is used to provide fulfillment services to that merchant. We do not use this data for independent advertising, sell it, or share it with unrelated third parties.
ITG processes verified commerce-platform privacy requests for data access and deletion. Customer details are redacted after a verified deletion request, and store credentials and connections are removed after a verified shop-deletion request, subject to lawful retention obligations.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the platform and perform fulfillment services, such as hosting, database, email, shipping carrier, label, monitoring, and security providers. These providers may process information only for contracted services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or at the direction of the merchant that controls the data.
Data retention and deletion
We retain information for the duration of the merchant relationship and as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, reconciliation, security, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. When a store disconnects or a valid deletion request is received, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer required, subject to lawful retention obligations and backup cycles.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including role-based and client-scoped access controls, authenticated workspaces, encrypted network connections, encrypted integration credentials at rest, activity logging, and restricted operational access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Merchants may disconnect their store integration and may request access, correction, export, or deletion of information, subject to applicable law and contractual obligations. Customers of a merchant should first contact the merchant that collected their information. We will assist merchants with verified privacy requests.
International processing
ITG operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate contractual and legal protections.
Children
The platform is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
